Shan Xu

Shan Xu, a vital member at BAJK Partner, stands out for her deep expertise in financial consulting and her significant contributions to the green energy sector. Her career trajectory showcases a blend of strategic financial acumen and a strong commitment to sustainable energy initiatives.

 

During her tenure at Deloitte GmbH from 2012 to 2014, Shan excelled in the Transaction Service and Corporate Finance Department. Here, she honed her skills in financial due diligence for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), demonstrating a keen understanding of financial analysis and investment strategies. This role at Deloitte was pivotal in shaping her expertise in financial consulting, equipping her with the knowledge to navigate complex market dynamics and investment opportunities.

 

Shan’s commitment to renewable energy was highlighted in her role at Gold Crystal Energy International GmbH (2014-2015), where she managed the import and export of solar modules across Europe. Her involvement in this field not only underlined her dedication to green energy but also her grasp of the global market and sustainable investment strategies.

 

In 2011, Shan served as a project trainee at KfW & IAS at the Frankfurt School, coordinating the “CCB China” project. This role involved developing new corporate finance models in China, showcasing her capability in international finance and innovative solutions.

 

Earlier in her career, Shan made significant strides at EGing Photovoltaic Europe GmbH, gaining valuable insights into the photovoltaic industry. Additionally, her experiences at the Bank of China and IHK Jintan, China, laid a solid foundation in financial services, customer relations, and business development.

 

Fluent in Chinese, English, and German, Shan’s language skills further enhance her effectiveness in diverse international settings. Gordon Einstein

Meet Gordon H. Einstein, Strategic Partner

Gordon H. Einstein, a Strategic Partner at BAJK Partners, is a distinguished technologist and a licensed attorney in California. He earned his undergraduate degree in Politics from Brandeis University in 1991 and his JD from the USC Gould School of Law in 1995.

 

Early Career and Expertise

Gordon initially focused on startup law, venture capital, investment banking, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and general business law. His interest in computers and programming led him to the world of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in 2012. By 2014, he was providing legal services to individuals and companies in this space, and by 2016, his practice at CryptoLaw Partners predominantly involved working with crypto, blockchain, and FinTech startups and funds.

Gordon’s unique background in technology and law makes him exceptionally qualified to navigate the intricate legal aspects of blockchain and cryptocurrency. His expertise is a cornerstone of BAJK Partners, enabling us to provide unparalleled legal services in this domain.

PALDEN NAMGYAL

PALDEN NAMGYAL, Strategic Partner

During his 35-year career as an investment banker, Mr. Namgyal has advised on more than 200 transactions, with an aggregate transaction value in excess of $170 billion.

Prior to founding Atlas Advisors, Mr. Namgyal was a senior investment banker at J.P. Morgan, with responsibility for the firm’s global consumer products M&A advisory business. Transactions on which he advised include the acquisitions of Sara Lee Bakery Business and Canada Bread Company by Bimbo, sale of Quaker Oats to PepsiCo, the acquisition of Clairol and Pur by Procter & Gamble, the acquisition of Carter Products by Church & Dwight and Kelso, the acquisition of Agribrands and Cerestar by Cargill, and the acquisition of Martini Rossi by Bacardi.

Mr. Namgyal holds a B.A. in History from Georgetown University.

Fabian Huang

Fabian is a multi-cultural board-level global markets growth executive currently advising, leading AI, intelligent automation and data transformation client VC/PE/FO portfolio companies for growth stage AI companies (1 x Unicorn status, 1 x pre-IPO mid-cap); one of his most complex global value creation project is a GPT x Hyperautomation x Process Intelligence project with 40,000+ BOTS is under deployment for a fortune 500 global smart energy company coupled with solutions for a Global No.1 EV company. He is an avid investor in AI, ESG, gaming and charity technology companies globally.

Previously, as AI Venture Capital Global Managing Director, Managing Partner for Deloitte Digital and Global Markets Business Development Lead for top-tier consultancy firms; Fabian led Digital for the Olympics, drove rapid consultancy revenues growth of over US$150M annually across 92 countries. One of his most complex deals was a digital learning, nine partnership US$1B+ deal with the military. Of note, he also built structured sales capabilities across 200+ partners/directors across five jurisdictions from Asia to Europe to drive multi-million growth across 20+ key accounts.

Having led three global award-winning creative agencies, Fabian extended his core technical specialism in digital + AI strategy; green, creative and adaptive sensory A.I. technologies anchored in AI x hyperautomation, composable business designs coupled with process intelligence and self-organizing AIGA ‘HUI -‘Human UI’. Of note, Fabian had the privilege to present to many Head of States on digital futures and previously taught AI and Art at Sotheby’s.
